If successful, the cost is typically half of what BT would charge. Should the repair take slightly longer, no additional charges apply. If the job is expected to take more time, the engineer will inform the customer in advance—ensuring a smooth and transparent service experience.

For more complex issues, the computer may need to be taken to our lab. A price cap is agreed upon beforehand, and the PC or laptop is repaired off-site. It is then returned, typically within two days, fully set up and demonstrated to the customer.
